How to synchronize WooCommerce RexOrder with the FattureinCloud.it management software

1) Connect to the FattureinCloud.it website; look for the API item in the left-side menu; in this page, click on the SHOW API UID AND API KEY button and copy these two elements

2) Go to your own website, access the wp-admin; use the side menu to access the WooCommerce->RexOrder page; paste the previously copied elements in the FattureinCloud section and enable the function by selecting ON from the dedicated switch

3) Go to the WooCommerce settings by either accessing WooCommerce->Settings->FattureinCloud from the side menu or by clicking on the Go to settings page link.

This section features various options for synchronizing your FattureinCloud account with your own e-commerce on WordPress:

Overview: a summary of set API keys

Products:  Products: a list of WooCommerce products, with the correspondent products in the FattureinCloud management software; also includes a link to the FattureinCloud products section

Clients: a list of WooCommerce clients, with the correspondent client records in the FattureinCloud management software; also includes a link to the FattureinCloud client records section

Invoices: a list of generated invoices, with each one featuring a link to the correspondent invoice on FattureinCloud; also includes a link to the FattureinCloud invoices section

Payment Methods: a list of permissible payment methods via WooCommerce and the correspondent models set on FattureinCloud; includes the electronic invoice payment code for each payment method.

Rates: a list of the various situations requiring the setting of a specific rate, connecting it directly to the FattureinCloud system;

1) If not present, set the various products on sale from your store on FattureinCloud; set a net sales price, as the system will take care of calculating the various taxations

2) Go to Products and connect each product to the product on FattureinCloud by using the dropdown menu in the FattureinCloud.it section of the product details; please remember that, in order to correctly generate an automatic invoice via FattureinCloud.it, the products for sale must be of the Virtual and Downloadable type

3) If not present, set the various payment methods available on your store in FattureinCloud

4) Go to WooCommerce->Settings->FattureinCloud->Payment Methods and connect the payment methods to the ones set previously; the permissible payment methods are PayPal and Stripe and these must previously be enabled in the WooCommerce settings; connect the code used in the electronic invoicing system (usually Credit Card (MP08)) to the payment methods

5) If not present, set the different rates available in each European country in FattureinCloud, for untaxed operations, reverse charge operations and total VAT exemption

6) Go to WooCommerce->Settings->FattureinCloud ->Rates and connect the previously set rates;

7) The electronic invoicing system is now connected; if the client file is not present in the system, it will be added; at the time of payment, the system will create the electronic and paper invoices, based on the customized template set on FattureinCloud.
