Data, purposes and legal bases

• Browsing and security: IP address, technical logs, device and browser data required to provide and protect the website. Legal basis: performance of the service and legitimate interest in security.
• Contact requests: email address, message and information supplied voluntarily. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject and, where applicable, legitimate interest in replying.
• Accounts, orders and payments: identity, contact, billing, purchased product and order data. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal accounting or tax obligations. NEWEB does not directly process complete payment-card details.
• Newsletter: email address and evidence of consent. Legal basis: consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
• Analytics and external content: interaction and technical data are processed by optional providers only after consent.

Providers and recipients

Data may be processed, where necessary, by providers of hosting, security, WordPress maintenance, email, contact management, newsletters, analytics, embedded media, payments, invoicing and professional services. Services may include SiteGround, WordPress/WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, MailerLite, Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, Vimeo, YouTube, Stripe and PayPal. Depending on the service, providers act as processors or independent controllers.

International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses or another safeguard under Articles 44 and following of the GDPR.

Retention

• contact requests: for the time needed to reply and normally no longer than 24 months, unless a subsequent relationship or legal claim requires longer;
• newsletter data: until consent is withdrawn or the subscription is cancelled;
• accounts and orders: for the relationship and statutory tax, accounting and limitation periods;
• security logs: for a period proportionate to security needs, unless an incident requires longer;
• cookie choices: up to 180 days, unless preferences or this notice change.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent without affecting previous lawful processing. Contact info@neweb.info or the certified email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Children and updates

The services are not addressed directly to children under 14. This notice may be updated following legal, technical or organisational changes; the date above identifies the current version.
